Koen is naturally curious and result driven. As a member of the Cooperative Affairs team, where he works as a milk recruiter, he is responsible for recruiting new members. "The diversity, the autonomy the role provides, and the interaction with people are what I enjoy the most. I thrive on challenges and am committed to achieving my goals, but I also ensure that I make a meaningful impact on my clients. At FrieslandCampina, I have the opportunity to truly support dairy farmers, which is highly motivating," Koen shares.

Working within a cooperative suits Koen well. "The cooperative and inclusive culture is immensely appealing to me. It is an open environment where everyone is valued, regardless of their role or status within the company," Koen explains. Despite his autonomous role and frequent travel, he genuinely feels part of the team and maintains close contact with his colleagues. "In the Cooperative Affairs department, you are at the heart of the organization. The focus on milk supply impacts the entire business. Here, you feel the urgency of your role, which is highly motivating," he adds.
