What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years in customer service, ideally in a B2B setting
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel & Pivot Tables a plus)
- Understanding of sales and logistics operations
- Experience working in international and cross-cultural environments
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- A customer-first mindset, proactive problem-solving, and a detail-oriented approach

What You’ll Do
- Be the Customer’s Champion – Act as the primary contact for day-to-day inquiries, building trust-based relationships and understanding customers’ products and applications inside and out.
- Drive Seamless Processes – Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure orders, contracts, and processes run flawlessly from start to finish.
- Support Sales Success – Assist with customer visits, manage the sampling process, and prepare for contract negotiations.
- Keep Things on Track – Monitor demand, flag changes, and collaborate to address any potential delays or supply challenges.
- Manage Key Data & Documentation – Handle customer questionnaires, product approval packets, and maintain accurate master data.
- Turn Insights into Action – Provide reporting and analysis on customer performance, helping guide sales and marketing strategies.
- Resolve Issues with Care – Manage complaints according to FC guidelines, analyze trends, and work to implement long-term solutions.

Salary Range: The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $85,000. Pay is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including years of work experience, education, training, and other considerations permitted by law.
