Senior Architecture Specialist
The Network Solutions Architect designs, builds, and keeps up network systems supporting business operations across 130+ global locations with 5.000+ active devices. The role makes sure the Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) architecture and plans and aligns with the innovation & strategy roadmap for business value. The role also ensures that changes to the solution and services adhere to IT principles and guidelines.
Wat we vragen
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT/Computer Science.
- Possess an active/current CCNP certification in Security, Wireless, and/or Routing/Switching; CCIE certification in the same domains is advantageous.
- Have a minimum of seven years of full-time experience in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and correcting errors in various network technologies, including firewalls, routers, switches, wireless controllers, access points, and end-device network clients.
- Bring at least 7 years of experience in constructing Network Solutions for small/medium enterprises, covering WAN, LAN, and wireless capabilities.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge in Security Services Edge capabilities, integrating access control, threat protection, data security, security monitoring, and acceptable use control into a single cloud-delivered solution.
- Able to work well and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in high-stress situations.

- Establish principles, guidelines, and Solution Building Blocks (ABB and SBB) in architecture documentation for proper design and implementation in the network domain.
- Develop detailed process and technology designs, ensuring alignment with the architectural roadmap to support service development, execution, and operations.
- Lead the development, build, configuration, and testing of new solutions in collaboration with Outsourced Service Delivery partners.
- Drive architectural improvements and standardization in the connectivity & communication space, including innovations and development of new product/service and making decisions to initiate and conceptualize the service.
- Collaborate and provide consultancy support to outsourced service delivery partners in diagnosing and correcting technical issues in LAN, WAN, and WLAN network components, as well as Network Security.
- Pro-actively share best practices and insights to constructively inspire change towards a true DevOps operating model, enabling continuous deployment and integration.
