Manager Technology
In this role, you will lead a technology team in R&D, driving the development and optimization of a cluster of key technologies for FrieslandCampina. You will provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of experts, ensuring they have the resources and direction needed to excel in their roles. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will oversee projects, manage timelines, and ensure the successful implementation of innovative solutions to improve product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

- Team management of a team of technology experts and project managers. Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, expert and ensure team members have the resources and direction needed to excel in their roles.
- Single point of contact for a FrieslandCampina business group and responsible for portfolio management of the Global Process Technology projects related to this stakeholder.
- Set up and execute a technology roadmap (research, development, implementation) together with the peer Manager Technology within Global SC.
