As Sales Manager, you will develop and execute the sales strategy for DFE Pharma Biopharma business at our customers in the US. In this exciting role you will be responsible for all account management and business development activities related to our biopharmaceutical customers.

Sales Manager Biopharma

What we ask

  • Bachelor required. Master Degree preferred in business, chemical engineering, biology, pharmacy, health science, or related fields
  • At least 7 years of commercial experience in a pharma B2B environment, preferably in the excipient or API field
  • Lab Experienced Preferable

Vacancy description

  • Develop DFEs Biopharma business in the US through execution of DFEs strategy and operational plan in collaboration with the broader commercial function and other stakeholders.
  • Direct management of DFE targeted accounts.
  • Create and oversee Biopharma growth strategy through direct channel partner management. Including: Trainings, Marketing, and KPI management.
  • Manage North America Biopharma pipeline.
  • Coordinate with Global Business Unit Managers to assess current and future market trends that will maximize DFE product utilization.
  • Coordinate with Global Key Accounts to create and maintain strong multi-level relationships.
  • Develop sustained business growth, preferably outperforming the market.
  • Collaborate with DFE product development teams to identify and launch new products that will support the Biopharma industry.
  • Overall responsible for project movement and growth at DFE customers.

  • You will be one out of then US based colleagues who are mainly remote working
  • Regluar meetings required at NA Office based in Paramus, New Jersey
