Are you passionate about IT, digital marketing, and customer engagement? As an IT Commerce Intern, you will play a key role in our Content Value Chain program, helping to rebuild the foundation of the content hub of FrieslandCampina. Your challenge: drive adoption and cultural change across the organization. You’ll support the technology roadmaps of the content hub, onboard business groups, create training materials, organize workshops, and collect feedback to improve usability. You’ll also help explore AI use cases, monitor KPIs, and craft communication updates for our global community. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital transformation, customer engagement, and IT-driven marketing innovation, making a real impact on how FrieslandCampina manages and delivers content worldwide.
What we ask
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Information (Technology) Management, Digital Marketing (with affinity for IT) or other relevant degree
- Spider in the web – Able to connect with stakeholders from different departments
- A can-do and proactive mentality
- A team player with a positive mindset, a high sense of responsibility and eagerness to learn
- Strong analytical skills and know how to work with data
- Good communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Available per March 2026 (minimum 6 month period, exact timings can be discussed)

Vacancy description
During your internship you will be part of the IT Commerce team Customer Engagement and Digital Commerce. This team currently drives the Content Value Chain program and is driving impact across the organization with various workstreams. You will contribute to different workstreams in the Content Value Chain program. Your responsibilities include:
- Support implementing the roadmap of our content hub
- Guiding several business groups through the process of onboarding in our workstream systems
- Help to organize and facilitate workshop(s)
- Create how-to’s, training materials and other content that supports the onboarding of the business groups
- Collect feedback and help to suggest improvements of usability
- Support in the discovery and usability of AI use cases
- Evaluate and support the evaluation and collection of our KPI’s
- Support in the comms by creating regular updates for the community

Within IT Commerce, you will join the Customer Engagement and Digital Commerce team, consisting of a few passionate employees who operate in a growing marketing domain within FrieslandCampina. You will have a dedicated mentor and will play an active role in impactful digital transformation project. You will collaborate with several experts in content & digital transformations as well as suppliers whom are supporting us in the journey of the Content Value Chain.
