What we ask
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or distributor management, preferably in FMCG or dairy.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Willing to travel and work in the field.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage distributor partners to achieve sales, distribution, and merchandising targets.
- Align distributor execution with AMC’s commercial strategies and brand objectives.
- Drive market development by identifying growth opportunities and implementing local initiatives.
- Coach and develop distributor sales teams to enhance performance and capabilities.
- Monitor distributor KPIs including inventory, order fulfillment, and trade returns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to support distributor operations.
