- Channel & Category Strategy:a) Develop and lead channel and category strategies to deliver profitable volume growthb)Define channel-specific priorities, assortment, and go-to-market approaches
- Commercial & Annual Planning (ICP / 12Q)a)Lead the development of Integrated Commercial Plans (ICP) and 12Q cyclesb)Build channel and brand activity calendars, aligned with growth priorities
- Revenue Growth Management (RGM)a)Support the RGM agenda including pricing, promotions, and Gross-to-Net optimizationb)Identify opportunities to improve promo efficiency and price-pack architecture
- Forecasting & Business Performancea)Support NPD forecasting and go-to-market readinessb)Lead monthly performance reviews, identifying gaps and corrective actionsc)Partner with Market Heads on Business Planning cycles
- Execution Excellence & In-Market Impacta)Drive strong execution of channel and trade marketing initiatives in partnership with Sales embedding Perfect Store principles (MSL, SOS, planograms) across channels
- A&P Ownership & Trade Spend Governancea)Own end-to-end A&P planning and management, ensuring alignment with brand and channel priorities. Enforce rigorous governance (pre-evaluation, approval, and ROI tracking) and continuously optimize investments for maximum impactb)Partner with Sales on trade spend planning, ensuring alignment with channel strategies and ICP priorities
