We’re currently looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team in Agrate. What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring both technical depth and business acumen. We’re looking for someone who has:
- A Master’s degree in Applied Sciences, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Three to Five years of proven experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analytics role.
- Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
- Expertise in building and maintaining data models.
- Strong communication skills in English — able to simplify complex data for various stakeholders.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, using your expertise to transform complex datasets into clear, decision-driving insights.
You will:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build intuitive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Design and maintain data models that support strategic planning and operational excellence.
- Provide actionable recommendations that guide business decisions across the organization.
- Champion data quality, governance, and standardization across systems and teams.
- Stay ahead of the curve by identifying new BI tools, trends, and best practices.
