In the Plan & Deliver team of FC-Ingredients we are looking for a Business analyst. As a Business analyst you are leading and providing the Plan & Deliver teams with the right insights and reporting to drive and improve our E2E decision making. You will be part of the future development and adaptation of our Digital and BI capabilities.
What we ask
- Bachelor degree with 4+ years or Master degree with 2+ years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of S&OP Planning & Logistics processes and systems (SAP/APO/OMP)
- Reporting & master data experience (Excel, SAP AfO, PowerBI, AI)
- Creative problem solver
- Project management skills
- Business acumen: ability to understand the business priorities
- Stakeholder management & communication skills
- Action and result driven

Vacancy description
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining reports and systems for the P&D functions of Demand planning, Supply planning, Warehousing & Transport, Order Fulfill management and Masterdata
- Providing integral insights and reports to support the P&D decision making
- Supporting the P&D teams in data analysis for scenario’s and projects
- Steering and participating in improvement projects to optimize our current systems and reports
- Key user for PowerBI
- Creating and driving the BI roadmap for the P&D function and ensure that needed system changes are on the agenda of the Excellence and BI teams.
- Being contact person for Planning & Logistics Excellence teams, IT, Masterdata team and BI team and setting the right priorities with regard to BI.
- Supporting the process to develop S&OP towards Integrated Business Planning with a fully optimized business model driven by financials
