Brand Manager
Lead strong mental & physical availability plans and execution across complete consumer journey, tailored to brand scale (insurgent vs. at-scale): integrated communications at scale plan for key touch points, right media mix (ATL/BTL, traditional vs. digital/social, multimedia), consistent story telling (linked to brand propellers).
What we ask
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience
- Good communication and presentation skills to effectively convey brand messages and collaborate with internal cross functionally and external stakeholders; experience in a matrix organisation is a bonus
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns (including brand communication/ activation, events) and project management
- Experience in new product development would be an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing campaigns and overcome challenges

Vacancy description
- Brand/Marketing Strategy: Supports Marketing Manager to develop the strategy for Dutch Lady Teens & Young Adults portfolio, in line with consumer and business objectives
- Operational plan and budget: Develop and manage the operational plan and budget for the Dutch Lady chilled portfolio, in line with consumer and business objectives (including A&P), and after approval, ensure the implementation
- Activation and promotion: Develop and execute an activation and promotion plan and ensure the execution and evaluation hereof, working closely with the Customer and Channel team and relevant agencies
- Brand/media communication: Develop and execute a media and brand communication plan and ensure the execution and evaluation hereof, to the realization of the key marketing/equity objectives. Liaise with multiple communication & media agencies/partners to deliver end-to-end brand objectives
- Innovation: Generate and translate in cooperation with others within FrieslandCampina, ideas for innovation, convert viable ideas into plans and, after approval execute these plans and/or ensure the execution thereof
- Analysis: Interpret available market insights and data across Business/Market Intelligence reports and other available data sources and utilize the insights in developing and improving the brand strategy and plans
- Advice and reporting: Provide (un)requested commercial insights and advice and challenge management on the commercial strategy, based on quantitative and qualitative market information through (periodic) updates and reports. Conclusions, recommendations and corrective actions concerning the opportunities and risks for the appointed brand(s)/market(s) are taken
- Projects: Define, plan, manage and coordinate assigned projects, within the project management guidelines
