What we ask

•    Bachelors Law degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience  
•    Knowledge of legal procedures, court rules, and filing requirements
•    Experience in terms of project management is an advantage 

•    Experience with IT solutions / tech is an advantage
•    Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Vacancy description

Accountabilities

 

•    Offer First-line legal support to business stakeholders by addressing initial inquiries and applying established playbooks for clear explanations, including reader notes, fall-back clauses, legal templates, and third-party business conduct codes.
•    Handle low-complexity contracting tasks
•    Provide trademark protection support by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to address and resolve issues 

•    Manage legal templates by overseeing version control and adherence to established processes
•    Contribute to building legal knowledge solutions by developing interactive and user-friendly global legal templates, establishing and maintaining clause libraries for efficient document creation, and assisting in constructing a centralized legal landing page as a hub for accessible legal resources and information.
•    Drive continuous improvement initiatives by actively participating in the evolution of legal processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements. 
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and optimize legal workflows, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.

Internal: Sales, Marketing, R&D, Procurement, IT, Corporate Legal, Ethics & Compliance, OpCo Legal External: Customers, Suppliers, Trademark agency
