Vacancy description
- Responsible for running GEA mixing plant and Scannima mixing plant
- To carry out CIP of GEA mixer, Scannima mixer and mixing tanks according to the CIP plan, ensure the concentration of lye and acid before starting CIP.
- Responsible for CCP, QCP, Halal control points, OPRPs and PRPs of his area and maintain record and immediately inform on duty shift in charge in case of deviation.
- Responsible for pre-arrangements for production as per recipe i.e. ISMP, FCMP, lactose and sugar bags.
- To implement procedures and processes for regular testing and monitoring of operational area requisite points and process parameters, ensuring consistency in production process.
- Ensure compliance with FCEPL rules and all the FCEPL policies during the work.
