B2B Marketeer Biotis

We are looking for an experienced and driven senior B2B marketer to join the FrieslandCampina Ingredients Performance, Active & Medical Nutrition Segment Marketing team. As part of the focused approach of FrieslandCampina Ingredients to nutrition throughout adulthood, this role focuses on our new B2B brand, Biotis®. Biotis® is a B2B science-backed brand for health benefit driven ingredient solutions.

 

In this role you are responsible for the Biotis® Brain Health strategy, innovation roadmap and business cases delivery, as well as in market execution. Your contribution is essential to development of market leadership in functional ingredients, delivering Health benefits globally to consumers, through collaboration with B2B customers (Brand Owners in predominantly functional foods & drinks and dietary supplements). With a B2C angle in mind we focus on increasing awareness of our solutions in the market segments for performance, active & medical nutrition (B2B2C mindset), especially around the role of functional dairy and plant-based ingredients, in particular proteins and prebiotics.

Was wir erwarten

  • BA/BSc/master level, preferably in Business Economics, Communication, Marketing, Food Technology, Nutrition or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 10 years work experience in B2B marketing (relevant for the Segment e.g. in early life, food & Nutrition, supplements) with a scientific base
  • good financial acumen. Being able to think in scenarios, business case development and business performance analysis
  • Commercial acumen skills
  • Extensive experience in B2B marketing, branding, communications, digital and general business strategy. 
  • Fluent in English
  • Result oriented, creative with excellent problem solving, analytical
  • Entrepreneur, pro-active, action driven and execute with speed
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational, written and oral communications skills 
  • Able to work in matrix and network organisation with multi-disciplinary approach

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Responsible for delivery and execution of the marketing and innovation strategy and business cases for Biotis® Brain Health
  • Accelerate the growth of the active nutrition segment by building a compelling marketing story and value propositions, plus materials for B2B customers, including prepare, develop and tailor B2B customer presentations
  • Responsible for the A&P budget for the brand together with other segment marketers
  • With the Biotis® Marketing Lead and other Biotis® marketers, responsible for the delivery of the Biotis® annual budget (volume & sGP) and AN innovation delivery (shared target with full Segment marketing team)
  • B2B Marketing Lead for 1 global Region (for the full segment scope), to be updated to new objectives and target setting
  • Participate in and contribute to team and project meetings including, general business strategy, products/services offered and target customers (segmentation)
  • Regularly assess market opportunity sizing and trend tracking in partnership with market intelligence
  • Keeping up to date with B2B competitor activities and developing counterstrategies

You will report to the Global Marketing Lead Biotis®, with daily work coordinated and executed in close collaboration with the members of the Biotis®segment marketing team and Global Marketing Director. You also engage closely with the sales, development, science, regulatory marketing communications, and the regional sales offices.
