PTP Vendor Master Data Specialist
The PTP Vendor Master Data Specialist will be responsible within the Purchase to Pay processes for vendor master data management.
This role is responsible for running end-to-end Procure-to Pay (PtP) activities in EMEA, in line with strategy, policy and guidelines in such a way that the operational and tactical PtP processes run efficiently and effectively meeting the agreed service levels ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Was wir erwarten
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant area (e.g. Supply Chain, Procurement, Accounting or Finance)
- 1+ years of experience in PtP within an international and multicultural environment
- Fluent English language skills
- Experience in the Procurement function and sourcing within an international company is an advantage
- Knowledge of Procurement applications and processes is an advantage
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Coupa, Ariba)
- Shared service experience is an added advantage
- Good communication skills
- High degree of autonomy and ability to work in a team
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Adaptability to a changing environment within GBDS
- Basic project management skills

Stellenbeschreibung
Daily tasks as a PTP VMD Specialist:
- Create & maintain vendor master data as per requested from Procurement
- Verify documents in checklist
- Perform Vendor Bank Account Verification
- Monitor data quality
- Execute mass inactive vendor activities
- Generate relevant reports when necessary
- Monitor interface Vendor from SAP to DSP to Coupa
Projects and process optimization:
- Identifies bottle necks in (work) processes, provide proposals on improvement opportunities, ensure implementation after approval and track progress
- Is an active team member in the PtP community in resolving cross team issues, taking ownership in an E2E cross functional, optimized process
