Key Account Manager
To ensure development and implementation of:
1. Customer strategy and business objectives for National and large regional Accounts and category planning in line with brand plans, company policies and practices
2. Apply professional Sales Management techniques and skill to drive achievement of the Company’s Volume, Value, and Long term Profitable growth and Market share objectives within the specified customers.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in trade marketing or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

1. Sales Planning:
- Prepares Business Plan for Modern Trade based on company’s vision, guideline, procedures, instructions to meet sales volume and value target as agreed in the Joint Business Plan.
- Provides leadership to direct report and merchandising teams to achieve the set objective.
- Create joint business plan with customer and guide through achieving its KPIs.
2.Trade Activities:
- Develop and execute trade activities, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Manage and monitor the trade budget, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources.
- Measure the performance and effectiveness of trade promotions, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of trade marketing strategies.
3. Merchandiser Management:
- Provides leadership direction as well as supervisor’s the field sales force management.
- Engage, enable and energize the team for optimal performance.
- Coach and mentor team in core sales skills via field trips and or classroom training, set long and short term targets for primary and secondary, evaluate team’s performance and provide feedbacks and developmental actions to drive performance
4. Category Channel:
- Analyze data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and enhance strategies.
- Ensure seamless communication across departments to facilitate smooth implementation of initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of category and channel programs, providing actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
5. AR Management
- Timely management of AR collections and ensuring compliance on the agreed terms of payment
- Timely reconciliations promotions, activities and payments
