Requirements :

  • 2-3 years of sales, account management, or business development experience
  • Academic/Master's (WO) level
  • Experience and knowledge in B2B foodservice and/or coffee industry (preferred)
  • Native French speaker with a good level of English (both verbal and written skills) due to working in a matrix organization and collaboration with Global HQ in the Netherlands.
  • Relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and inspire partners.
  • Self-starter mindset: proactive, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve and grow.
  • Obsessed with sales, strategy, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Curious about international cultures.
  • Frequent travel required to visit Coffee Roasters to maximize performance.
  • Willing to travel by car (3 days/week – South of France) and sometimes to the Netherlands.
  • Resident in South of France with a preference for a big city (growth business) such as Lyon, Marseille, Nice, Bordeaux…

Lattiz is the smart milk solution designed for professional use. It serves perfect milk foam at the touch of a button, both as a stand-alone appliance or integrated into a beverage appliance such as a fully automatic coffee machine. Lattiz has a solid market position in the Benelux and is growing fast in other European markets, especially in France. To accelerate our growth, we are looking for an Account Manager for the South of France. The objective of the Account Manager is to maintain our current Lattiz business and develop new business through our partners e.g. Coffee Roasters.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage existing partner Coffee Roasters (National & Regional) based in the South of France and build long-term relationships that fuel success.
  • Coach and train Coffee Roasters to sell smarter, market better, and win more Lattiz customers.
  • Develop new Coffee Roasters partners to join our network
  • Collaborate with external Service partners, crucial to the operational execution of Lattiz.
  • Team up with sales support, marketing, and internal disciplines to strengthen our coffee roasters network in their markets.
  • Track performance, forecasts, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support the Lattiz Key Account Manager Chains to identify potential development with chains via Coffee Roasters.
  • Review sales contracts to ensure legal compliance and adherence to corporate guidelines.

Just a few characteristics of the Lattiz Commercial team, making it a great team to join! The Lattiz team is led by the Lattiz Commercial Manager (based in the Netherlands). Our core Lattiz stand-alone markets (Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, and International) have dedicated local Sales teams led by a Sales Manager, including multiple Account Managers and Account Support. In France, the Lattiz Commercial team is led by the Sales Manager France. Two Account Managers (one in the South & one in the North) are responsible for National & Regional Coffee Roasters (such as Cafés Richard, Folliet, Lavazza…) and one Key Account Manager dedicated to chains supports both Account Managers.

Our Lattiz Inside proposition is led by our Business Development Manager Lattiz Inside, to whom the Commercial Operations Manager reports. Our team is completed with the Marketing Manager and multiple intern positions. The Lattiz Commercial team is part of Team Europe within FC Professional & Trading, our Business Group focused on the B2B customer segment. FC Professional & Trading is a world-class, global leader in dairy and plant-based value-added ingredients and solutions targeted at professional customers such as bakeries, fast food and coffee chains, hotels, restaurants, catering companies, as well as industrial food and beverage companies.
