Research Specialist
The Early Life Nutrition Expert will play a critical role in supporting the development, evaluation, and communication of our infant food products. This position will leverage expertise in nutrition to ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and nutritional quality, while adhering to global regulatory guidelines. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs, to translate scientific evidence into practical applications and contribute to the company's mission of providing optimal nutrition for our early life products.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in early life nutrition or related field.
- Knowledge of scientific literature, clinical research, and regulatory guidelines.
- Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Vacancy description
Product Development & Evaluation:
- Provide expert nutritional input during the development and reformulation of infant food products.
- Evaluate scientific literature and clinical studies to support product claims and nutritional adequacy.
- Collaborate with Development to design and implements products for clinical trials and product testing.
Scientific Communication & Education:
- Develop and review scientific ,communication materials, including product monographs, educational resources, and presentations for healthcare professionals and consumers.
- Provide nutritional expertise and training to internal teams, sales representatives, and external stakeholders.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with global and local regulatory requirements for infant food products.
- Stay up-to-date on current scientific research and regulatory changes.
- Provide nutritional input for regulatory submissions and product labeling.
Medical Affairs Support:
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs to address healthcare professional inquiries and provide scientific support.
- Contribute to the development of medical education programs and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze current trends.
