Learning Partner MEPA
Act as learning partner for the MEPA (Middle East, Pakistan & Africa) region by ensuring needs based and high impact learning solutions for the business.
Design, ensure execution and create consistency of (strategic) learning solutions with a focus on the MEPA (Middle East, Pakistan & Africa) region to bring the People & Growth vision to life, and ensuring our learning offering is adding value to the business by accelerating the development of our people.
What we ask
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in L&D or HR
- Understands the FMCG business, or eager to learn more about our business
- Customer focused and service oriented
- Strong sparring partner for business managers and HRBPs
- Has proven track record in creating a consistent and standardized learning landscape in a large, complex organisation (5000+ people)
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Experienced in training delivery / facilitation
- Proficient in English
- Strong in managing and engaging a wide and diverse set of stakeholders
- Effective interpersonal and communications skills
- Exceptional project and process management skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Familiar with agile ways of working is a plus

Vacancy description
- Responsible for learning solution management: act as a strategic partner from design to execution of high impact learning solutions in own scope in support of strategic goals of the business.
- Responsible for content curation for parts of the FrieslandCampina (FC) Academy: ensure content curation and accessibility of the offering of the FC Academy in such a way that content is updated and relevant and in support of the strategic priorities of the business for the business group in scope of this role.
- Support effectiveness of learning processes: contribute to the development of standardized L&D processes, including learning needs analysis for own scope, and support driving consistency and standardization in our offering to maximize operational efficiency, speed and effectiveness of the global L&D function.
- Own learning measurement and continuous improvement of learning solutions in own scope: measure the effectiveness of solutions in own scope, in order to determine areas for improvement and continuously evolve learning solutions.
