Innovation Specialist - Automation
The Innovation Specialist is part of the Global Business and Digital Solutions Excellence team and is responsible for building/deploying automation solutions and transforming insights into actions.
What we ask
- 3+ years of experience in the area of Automation, with proven experience in development of automation solutions
- Experience with required technologies (RPA, VBA, Low Code, Celonis)
- Technical capability in UiPath, MS Power Automate
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant area (e.g. Economics, Finance or IT)
- Proven experience with continuous improvement
- Proven experience with working in a Microsoft environment
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
- Ability to understand End-to-End business processes and translate business problems and value opportunities into process and technology solutions
- Knowledge of translating business processes into technology, forming valuable developments
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Analytical mindset and thinking
- Knowledge of Project Management principles and practices
- Stakeholder and change management capabilities
- System thinking, ability to think in process flows
- Customer and Service oriented mindset
- Natural curiosity
- Experience in conducting trainings is an advantage
- Education or certificates on following are considered as ideal:
- Continuous Improvement/LEAN
- Automation capability (RPA, VBA, Low Code)
- Process mining (Celonis)
- Project Management
- Change & Stakeholder Management

Vacancy description
- Execute according to innovation strategy roadmap
- Design, build and maintain automation solutions (e.g. VBA, RPA, Low Code)
- Development and implementation of new automation solutions/reports for FSSC EMEA operational processes to enable better SSC/Business Unit performance
- Provide consultancy on projects, evaluates automation opportunities, propose optimal technical solution
- Liaises with ICT regarding technical specifications of changes, assesses impact for the Innovation team owned tools, manages updates
- Identify process (and system) optimization opportunities by analyzing RFC processes
- Supports Senior Innovation Specialist to provide consultation on industry best practices for innovation solutions
- Provide solid innovation/automation solutions to support and on optimize E2E process execution of the operational teams
- Lead innovation projects and ensure these are delivered in Budget on Time and with required Quality
- Safeguard policies and governance and working according to FSSC improvement methodology
- Manages Innovation Community activities, initiatives across the Shared Services
- Does maintenance and fixes issues of delivered tools/solutions
- Performs ICF controls if applicable for the Innovation Team owned tools
