Global Reward Expert

Are you interested in the role reward can play in motivating our people to perform at their best? We are looking for a new Global Reward Expert within the Global Reward and Mobility team.
The Global Reward Expert is co-designing and supporting the development of policies and practices in the area of reward.
This role will be focused on key activities such as overseeing the global annual compensation cycle, conducting diverse reward benchmarks, and supporting global initiatives to strengthen the link between talent and reward. Next to that you act as an advisor to the business and the HR colleagues.

What we ask

•    We are looking for a Global Reward Expert who is eager to develop him/herself, likes to cooperate with and advise others, enjoys taking a deep dive in content as well as in data (analysis).
•    You are experienced and enjoy the design and oversee of fit-for-purpose compensation and benefits structures. You set high standards and ready to implement solutions for other stakeholders such as Reward colleagues in the Regions and HR Business Partners.
•    Next to that, you feel comfortable in switching between strategic discussion and solving practical problems.
•    You have passion for data insights and are eager to contribute to pay transparency initiatives and manage recurrent remuneration disclosures.
•    University studies and higher education or equivalent professional experience.
•    Experience with yearly compensation cycle via SuccessFactors (or other system).
•    Experience with Global Benefits Management.
•    At least 5 years’ work experience and proven-track record in project management in complex international environments.
•    Lastly, you can really identify yourself with our "Nourish by Nature" purpose.
•    Fluent in English.

Vacancy description

•    Reward Market analyses: analyze and benchmark Reward policies on an ongoing basis and make proposals for policy changes.
•    Policy change and development: (co-)lead the implementation of the policy changes with relevant internal (regions and countries) and external stakeholders on all levels.
•    Policy advise: provide expert advice on CoE reward-related issues to HR business partners and senior management. Develop and monitor the effectiveness of specified compensation programs and develop recommendations and improvements based on benchmarking and data base insights.
•    Global Benefits Management: co-design and implement a Global Benefits Framework to strengthen (the ROI of) our Benefits offering.
•    Global annual compensation cycle: oversee the global annual process and identify, develop and execute on the improvements in the process, with focus on digital solutions.
•    Compensation benchmarking and review: lead the compensation benchmarking and discipline within FrieslandCampina and draft proposal for local market increases.
•    Internal controls and compliance: ensure all reward programs comply with internal, local, national, and international regulation. Review and comply to ICF controls of reward programs to ensure they are effective and compliant.
•    Global Projects: (co-)design, “sell” and implement new and improved compensation policies and processes on a global level; both towards the regions and directly to the operating companies.
