Some exciting news to share; our ‘Commercial Academy’ won three prestigious awards at the Learning Technologies Awards in London. Over 450 entries were received this year from various industries such as Deloitte, Vodafone, Volvo, and BP. FrieslandCampina, in collaboration with our external learning agency RMMBR, applied for four award categories and received nominations in all four, highlighting our commitment to pioneering effective solutions that enhance the learning environment ensuring we bring the learning into the business.

Diverse and accessible learning experiences

These awards, including the silver awards for Best Learning Technologies Project and Best Use of Mobile Learning, show our commitment to providing diverse and easy-to-access learning experiences.  Additionally, we earned a bronze award for Excellence in the Design of Learning Content (Commercial Sector - International). This affirms our commitment to creating engaging learning materials that resonate in our global network. Focusing on one commercial language, elevating key capabilities and a FrieslandCampina way of working. What makes us most proud is not just the recognition through awards but the recognition from our teams.

Our Commercial Academy focuses on developing essential commercial skills translated to behavior, that are critical for success in the market. We use a multi-device learning platform that is easy to use with unique features like E-learnings, Learning Paths for our Learning Journeys, Supporting Toolkits, a Glossary, and Best Practices.

Our commercial people see the Commercial Academy as more than just training; it is bringing learning into the business and is fully integrated into their day-to-day jobs. The number of completed learning experiences, with high ratings and qualitative output embraced by our leaders, demonstrates its effectiveness. New employees are directly introduced to the academy through our New Joiners program. All our commercial employees, from directors to on-the-ground merchandisers,  engage in learning journeys tailored to the country's specific needs.
