This is the story of our Caring colleague Patrick, Performance Excellent Specialist at FrieslandCampina Beilen.

Patrick's story

Since 2022, Patrick has been working as a Performance Excellent Specialist at our production site in Beilen, where baby milk powder is made. Ten years earlier, in 2012, Patrick started as a temporary Operator at FrieslandCampina. In 2018, he moved up to Allround Operator for the Beilen site, after which he started his current position as Performance Excellence Specialist in 2022. “I am very committed to my work and my manager has given me the opportunity to grow into the role I have now.”. Patrick currently works in a small team. “There are five of us and the atmosphere is good. We complement each other by our different personalities. This enables us to bring out the best in each other and in the department.”

As a Performance Excellence Specialist, Patrick is responsible for quality issues within production. “It really is a varied job. One moment we are dealing with a problem that suddenly came up, the next we are working on projects to improve processes and provide automation solutions for our production. The ultimate goal is to ensure the best possible product quality as a team every day.”

 

Patrick Caring by Nature

Patrick is always willing to help people. “I regularly provide guided tours for colleagues or partners who visit the location. I am always ready to help the team and enjoy working with them to achieve great results.” Patrick is also there for others outside work. “I have been a volunteer at my football club for more than ten years, as an assistant coach amongst other things.”.
