Account Manager Cream
As Account manager Cream you will be responsible to deliver the growth projected in the 12Q strategy by unlocking new business in Germany and drive value and sales for selected accounts in the bakery segment in your portfolio. You will drive customer preference and customer satisfaction by providing excellent solutions and service. Cream is a strategic pillar for the Industry business and has ambitious growth targets based on locking new customers in new geographies as per our geographical expansion plans. You will be responsible for driving this new business opportunities in selected European countries starting in Germany. As the role focuses on business development in Germany, you will be on the road frequently. This includes short business trips of one night away, which will account for a maximum of 30% of your working time.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Minimum 6 years of commercial experience
- Fluent in English
- Digitally savvy with a strong sense of ownership
- Analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Experience with Value Based Selling or a strong curiosity by nature

- Salary between €5,250 and €7,100 per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full-time);
- Full-time workweek of 38 hours, 5% year-end bonus, 12,5% bonus, and a pension;
- Flexible working hours and ample opportunities to work from home (2-3);
- 200 hours of annual leave, the option to buy or sell 40 extra hours, and 8% holiday allowance;
- Free milk & cheese during lunch and delicious barista coffee at our headquarters.

Approximately 40% of the role is focused on relationship management with existing customers.
You’re accountable for delivering growth targets by driving new business, maintaining and expanding relationships with prospects, and converting them into new customers.
- In this role you will be accountable for achieving the sales volume and profit targets for your customers by delivering high-quality products and services to customers.
- As this role is focused on business development, you are co-responsible with the marketing teams to conduct market research to drive the right focus on growth applications and geographies.
- You’re expected to provide actionable insights to ensure effective communication and collaboration with the right decision makers.
- You will be ensuring strong customer relations by having a cooperative way of working driving highest level of customer satisfaction
