FrieslandCampina Professional & Trading (FC-PT) is a customer-led organization, unleashing the full potential of the B2B world. FC-P aspires to become a world-class, global leader in dairy and plant-based value-added, ingredients and solutions, by servicing direct and indirect customers.
Expansion of our solutions business, in which the machine and product are closely related, is recognized as one of the levers to realize this ambition. A new Systems organization is formed to carry out this responsibility for launching, driving and supporting existing and new system solutions in the markets across the globe. This separate organization has been set up as a recognition that the way of working in such a solution/service organization is different from the standard (B2B)business in FC-P.
Our solutions consist out of an appliance, product and a lock-in technology and are designed to solve specific customer pains across various channels and use moments.
As the Industrialization intern, you will be responsible fixing the foundation of our operational industrialization structures. With fact-based KPI dashboards, structured supplier, and inventory overviews to control our operations and quality and always deliver First Time Right.
Wat we vragen
- Available for a duration of 6 months.
- Enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and knowledge, as well for understanding different technical systems and production methods.
- Technical background or affinity.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with an eye for detail in execution.
- Independent self-starter who works autonomously but also as part of multidisciplinary teams.
- Flexible, stress resistant and structured.
- Communicative at all levels (verbally and in writing English; Dutch can be helpful).
- Positive and optimistic, with a can-do attitude.
- Affinity with coffee is a preference.
- Basic understanding of dashboard tools like Power BI or such is a pré.

Vacaturetekst
Your purpose is to setup production & manufacturing overviews including KPI dashboards to get in control of running operational processes. These insights of internal & external processes should be key for continuous improvement and operational control of our systems (appliances, components, and consumables).
- Investigate and implement the right matching KPI’s (OEE, Capacity index, TEEP, PMP) for our processes and collect, structure and organize operational data to create dashboards and overviews to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries.
- Develop and workout tools inventory and supply chain overviews for total back-office Lattiz System.
- Review and advice on project management blueprints for industrialization phase of a project.
Additionally, next to the content of the position, you play a critical role in securing the continuous improvement of launched systems, like for example Lattiz. This means that you will act in a close cooperation with cross-function, multi-disciplinary roles focused on on-going operations and lifecycle maintenance.

In this role you will report to the Industrialization Lead. You will closely work together in an international environment with internal colleagues from different disciplines and external parties.
