Wat we vragen
- MSc / MA / MBA Degree
- Excellent in Project Management with a minimum of 6 years of project management experience
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience in the FMCG industry, preferable in an operational supply chain/manufacturing environment
- Fluently in English & Dutch, written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills, excellent Project Management skills
- Communication and influencing skills, ability to motivate others
- Lead by example, absorb stress and radiate energy
- Pro-active attitude and people person / team player
- Being able to work in a multi-cultural, dynamic environment, at all levels and in cross-functional teams
- Continuously looks for opportunities and improvements within daily work context and take ownership in implementing solutions
- Pre: experience in production environment and/or international environment

As supply chain development manager within FC-Professional, you will be working on supply chain improvement projects closely linked to our global Professional strategic journey. In your role you will act as the linking pin to the functional leads of our different CSC areas and ensure progress on our strategic roadmap for the years to come. You will realize your objectives within multidisciplinary teams both inside as well as outside our own customer supply chain. On top, you will be an important driver of ensuring that our SC can facilitate the future business growth and you will need to be able to translate what is needed into what needs to be done.
Key activities:
- Set up ambition, goals, deliverables, approach and way of working of the Professional CSC program(s) with a focus on delivering our SC development strategy;
- Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results;
- Provides expertise, input or feedback to assist in the development of program(s) and project management methodologies, standards, tools and training;
- Project leader of a specific projects as part of the overall program including delivery of new products to new markets. (Idea to Implementation);
- Creates support for complete project approach (objectives, planning etc.), updates and consults relevant stakeholders regularly, manages expectations of relevant stakeholders during; execution, involves stakeholders in decision making and builds and maintains a network of relevant stakeholders;
- Define, Build & Lead capability building within the customer supply chain domain;
- Optimizes the implementation of and support for these at FrieslandCampina Professional;
- Be the linking pin between our global Excellence teams and our SC organization to drive and adopt standards across our organization.
