Wat we vragen

  • You have a university degree, combined with 5 years of relevant marketing experience within a brand led FMCG company in the UK market
  • You have strong knowledge of the UK retail market, both from consumer and customer lens, to lead the development and execution of our UK marketing plan
  • You have a thorough knowledge of media, communication (both online and offline), and activation
  • You are familiar with brand P&L responsibility and are skilled in fact-based analysis of your commercial results. You have experience in analysing retail and household panel data.
  • You are commercially driven, hands-on and, with the necessary dose of creativity, always think solution-oriented and consumer-first

You are a teamplayer and communicate well with internal and external partners and customers

Wat we bieden

Salary: £48-52K

Office Based Contract: 50% inoffice attendance

Bonus: Up to 12.5% annual bonus

  • Chocomel was launched in the United Kingdom in 2019 and is one of Royal FrieslandCampina’s strategic brands to drive growth in the UK.
  • You are the driving force behind the commercial plan and execution to grow Chocomel in the UK and are responsible for achieving business and marketing objectives. You analyse the business results of the Chocomel brand and the dairy market and translate your insights into concrete learnings and action plans.
  • To this end, you lead various marketing projects (both communication and activation). You develop the support plan (media, above and below the line) in close collaboration with the Europe team, media team and creative agencies, implement the 4Ps, and closely monitor the results.
  • You steer the brand innovation agenda for UK, are part of the innovation projects that have a full European scope and have full responsibility for the successful launch of innovations

  • You work in a matrix organization of the European Chocomel Brand team and the UK OPCO team.
  • Hierarchically you report into the Chocomel brand team. An international team that operates in and from multiple markets, core being Netherland, Belgium and the United Kingdom.

Day-to-day you work out of the London office and work in the UK OPCO commercial team, responsible for the commercial execution and delivery in the UK market
