Global Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager
Are you passionate about leading transformative change in a global organization? Do you have the entrepreneurial mindset, strategic vision, and project management expertise to drive impactful solutions? If so, join our Global Result Delivery Office (RDO) team as a Transformation Project Manager.
As a transformation project manager, you will join a team that drives the global Supply Chain transformation. Part of your scope is to take ownership of a savings tracker system, a critical tool to report on our Performance+ (P+) program. You drive its optimization, adoption and integration and lead the end-to-end lifecycle of system improvements, from strategic planning and stakeholder alignment to execution, training and aftercare. Next to this, you tactically support the RDO team by preparing senior stakeholder reports and communication.
We are seeking a candidate who combines product ownership / affinity with IT and financial knowledge with Project Management expertise. You should be able to think strategically, prioritize effectively, and deliver results while ensuring the savings tracking system and its (financial) workflow meets user needs and supports business goals. Your ability to understand complex systems, engage with users while at the same time seek for a sustainable solution for the future and ability to derive the right message from data and engage with senior stakeholders will be key to your success.
The RDO team drives the Performance+ transformation across FrieslandCampina’s global Supply Chain, encompassing 15,000 FTEs and over 50 factories. This program aims to deliver €500 million in cost savings and cash through thousands of initiatives. The success of this transformation depends on effective systems, governance and stakeholder engagement—areas where you will play a pivotal role.
