Customer Journey Execution Specialist
Provides channel marketing specific plans and execution for key direct customers (mainly Key Account & Industry), using data-driven analysis from market & competitive research, to grow Bakery and C&T portfolio through solutions-based selling.
FrieslandCampina Professional aims to accelerate Food Service business in Thailand. This includes scaling the business in direct and indirect channels, with current portfolio and also new products/brands. Hence, we need to provide best-in-class beverage and bakery knowledge and expertise to support our customer’s business with not only products, but also value-added services and solutions to gain more customer penetration in prioritized channels and grow our Food Service business profitably short-term and long-term.
Ce que nous demandons
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Food Science or or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years overall experience FMCG companies. Experience in Beverage and/or Bakery is a plus.
• Strong food product knowledge and management skills. Good basic of brand, sales, finance knowledge. Strong analytical skills (identifying and turning insights into actionable plan/execution).
• Entrepreneurial spirit with good project management skills, result-oriented, self-motivated, and pragmatic.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Has demonstrated the ability to work in a team setting and has contributed to the achievement of a team's success.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbal and in writing with all levels within all business functions.
• Able to work under pressure and business dynamic.
• Good Command of both Thai and English in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Offices and presentation tools.

• Works with Marketing Manager to develop channel strategies for key direct customers (mainly Key Account & Semi-Industry), in alignment with category strategies, to ensure integrated marketing planning.
• Proactively seek opportunities, based on global/local bakery & beverage trends, to present our capabilities and products to our target customers.
• Manage & execute the channel plans as well as evaluate & analyze to ensure effectiveness and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Key Account and Semi-Industry sales team to gain channel & customer insights, needs, trends, to come up with relevant strategies and tactics.
• Coordinate with In-House Bakery Chef, Brand Ambassadors, Partner Chef / Barista, to innovate menu ideas & applications made from our Bakery and C&T portfolio.
• Work collaboratively with Category Marketing, Shopper Marketing, R&D, and related functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations to support the direct account business growth plan.
