Solution Specialist - Marketing Automation
Provide solution expertise in the digital marketing and customer engagement domain and service delivery of the relevant global solutions. This role is an individual contributor serving multiple Business Groups – strong vendor management is required to ensure smooth operations.
What we ask
- 5+ years of experience.
- A recognized Degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in leading solution design and maintenance of marketing automation technologies like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot and Messagebird.
- Demonstrated experience building and managing omnichannel (e.g. email or WhatsApp) marketing automation journeys and campaigns.
- Experience with Conversational AI such as chatbots is a plus.
- Passionate about “getting your hands dirty” and going into the solution to configure when needed.
- Experience in agile, project / product / vendor management
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills: written and verbal

Technical Expertise in Marketing Automation Solutions
- Be the solution expert for solutions in this domain
- Analyze how to rationalize the landscape across BG’s
- Lead change request delivery to markets
- Accountable for compliance with enterprise architectural and cloud & hosting standards
E2E Service Delivery
- Daily monitoring of Service quality, KPIs and SLA
- Establish and manage the operational relationship with suppliers
- Raise service improvements, SPOC for P1 issues and resolve escalations
Service Management Process and Procedures
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, ways of working and tooling at global level.
- Provide technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed incident & problem resolutions when alternative solutions are available
- Perform detailed planning & project management of implementation activities for updates & patching
Complaint Handling
- Contact point for complaints / escalations
- Drives root cause analyses and service improvements
Support of Business Users
- Analyze and guide the business in utilizing application functionality to the best extent possible
- Extensive coordination with Business Users in delivering and supporting commercial solutions.
