Develop and improve cloud services in close collaboration with the business users and suppliers to meeting the service level agreements (SLAs), making sure the clients are satisfied and service delivery processes for the Product teams/Domains are in optimal shape.

What we ask

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in Customer relationship management and managing External Suppliers
  • Good understanding of cloud service(s) (on both Azure and AWS) and SLAs
  • Certified on ITIL processes and proven knowledge on internal (global) IT delivery
  • Strong Service Level Management skills, able to act as a firm counterpart with strategic vendors / managed service providers.
  • Experience in project management methodologies and tools;
  • Knowledge of Cloud services like AWS and Azure;
  • Knowledge and experience in FinOps and compliance management.

Vacancy description

  • Ensure the seamless delivery of cloud services to clients or within the organization.
  • Oversee the entire service delivery lifecycle, from initial planning and implementation to ongoing operations and support
  • Align closely with cloud architects, cloud engineers, cloud consultant and related vendor(s).
  • Ownership for (multi-) cloud provided services and reporting for platform services towards the stakeholders and Cloud Capability team
  • Act on a tactical level towards (business) customers, drive continuous and structural service improvement and develop required service levels
  • Coordinate across teams, between cloud architects, engineers, developers, consultants, developers, business and other (external) stakeholders
  • Supplier governance and management & managing the transfer to and on- off-boarding of new suppliers if needed
  • Budget control on supplier spend, managed services as well as project spend
  • Security coordination activities in the team / related to the services. Such as audits, findings, security improvement & compliance
  • Managing cost & compliance, driving optimization and overseeing E2E financial optimization, cross-charging of costs to the business.
