Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to support our manufacturing operations in Darlington, WI, with regular travel to Turtle Lake, WI. This hybrid role combines hands-on HR support with involvement in key HR projects, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to both day-to-day operations and broader organizational initiatives.

What we ask

  • 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, ideally within a (global) manufacturing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of employee relations, HR operations, and HR best practices
  • Experience supporting managers with performance management, absence management, and policy application
  • Exposure to HR projects or systems implementations (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across operational and project-based work
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple sites, with regular travel required
  • High attention to detail, especially in HR data and documentation

Vacancy description

In this role, the HR Generalist provides broad, day-to-day HR support to leaders and employees while contributing to key HR projects across organization design, people processes, and HR systems. Reporting to the HRBP (also HR Integration Lead), this role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth HR operations at both site and central levels.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Employee Relations & HR Operations

  • Provide daily HR support across multiple sites
  • Performance management, employee relations, absence management, and policy application
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and full employee lifecycle processes
  • Ensure HR processes are compliant, consistent, and well-documented

Talent, Capability & Development

  • Support talent identification and development initiatives
  • Coordinate learning, development, and employee engagement activities
  • Help drive a strong culture and continuous improvement in ways of working

Organization & Workforce Support

  • Support workforce planning, organizational changes, and role alignment
  • Partner with leaders on team design and capability needs

HR Project Responsibilities

  • Support HR systems and transitions through data preparation and validation
  • Participate in testing (UAT), data checks, and employee information verification
  • Assist with cutover and go-live activities
  • Coordinate local communications and site-level implementation of HR initiatives
  • Track project progress, risks, and key actions
