Associate Sales Acceleration Manager

This role responsible for the distribution growth, shares impact and daily operation of the business. It also responsible for 100% of execution of company’s strategic initiatives at the same time strategizing, monitoring, and optimizing strategic initiatives to ensure successful implementation.

What we ask

  • Min. bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, economics or STEM fields from top local or overseas universities with strong record of academic results, Master’s Degree or MBA is a plus
  • Min. 3-5 years of sales experience in multi sales function role.
  • Deep understanding or multi distributors sales operation.
  • A strong drive to make things happen, charismatic and can influence in a multicultural setting
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed business target
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to identify root causes and potential remedies for corrective or preventive actions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to lead discussions on problem identifications and recommendation evaluations
  • A quick learner to absorb new knowledge and a strong drive to make things happen.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a willingness to embrace change and innovation.

Vacancy description

Business Strategic Development

  • Develop, design, pilot lead, and implementation of sales project, especially to grow distribution to capture market growth opportunities to bring FFI to win even more.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the general trade operations, distribution channels, and retail execution.
  • Responsible for the distribution growth, shares impact and daily operation of the business.

Project & Program Management: 

  • Lead change management efforts to ensure the successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure data availability to monitor and analyze key projects and provide analytical support to enable fast optimization and maximum impact.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of transformation initiatives. Monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, distributors, and other partners involved in the GT Projects.
  • Orchestrating different functions (CCD, marketing, sales development, logistics, and area) to attain the Main project's collective objective

Program and Execution:

  • Develop program, guideline/brief program and key indicator of success to ensure completeness of program execution
  • Supports Reporting and management of key Information dashboards
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members involved in sales project to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Develop communication tools to ensure all program all well socialized
  • Monitor and Drive program execution to ensure all program comply with the guideline
  • Analyze program achievement report to get overview program effectiveness
