Alaska Milk Corporation is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Digital Operations & Content Manager to lead engagement across our owned digital platforms. This role is central to driving consumer connection through our website, social media channels, online communities, and content initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with a passion for digital storytelling and a sharp eye for performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Owned Platform Leadership: Oversee content strategy, publishing, and optimization across AMC’s website, social media, and digital communities.
- Content Development: Lead the creation of compelling, brand-aligned content in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Campaign Execution: Support the Digital & Media Manager in executing shared and earned media strategies for both campaigns and always-on efforts.
- E-Commerce Support: Drive digital executions that support conversion and engagement across e-commerce platforms.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor platform metrics and content performance to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with brand, media, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive and effective digital execution.
