Associate - F&P Operation
The Associate Filling & Packaging of the Dairy Manufacturing Team entails efficiently operating and maintaining the Aseptic Filling Machine to aseptically pack various brands of UHT products for commercial sterility. This role focuses on machine capacity utilization to meet production targets while coordinating with technical staff during maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will be a team player, capable of collaborating with all interfaces effectively to ensure the smooth and efficient process of CIP, Preparation, Sterilization & Production at Aseptic Filling Machine.

DAE Food / Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical or F.Sc.
Experience:
Minimum 02 years of experience for operation of Aseptic Filling Machine at a Dairy Manufacturing Plant

- Responsible for the compliance of Life Saving Rules while ensuring personal safety, plant safety and safety of other colleagues at the Plant.
- Perform the CIP, Preparation and Sterilization of the machine.
- Responsible for OEE%, Wastages & Labor Productivity at assigned Filling Machine.
- Responsible for the compliance of AM (autonomous maintenance), CIL (cleaning, inspection, Lubrication) & 5S on the Machine & Production Shopfloor.
- Co-ordinate with Shift In-charges & Line Leader for reduction of Total Make Loss.
- Responsible for maintaining operating parameters & aseptic conditions as per standard for control of filling operations.
- Ensure proper documentation and logging of breakdowns and continuous improvement activities.
- Assist in preparation of periodic reports on departmental performance.
- Assist Shift In-charge during trouble shooting activities.
- Maintain personal and surrounding hygiene and follow good housekeeping.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP & Zoning Protocols.
