  1. Control the operation of Filling and Packing in the shift.
  2. Ensure the day to day operation results are served the department’s KPIs.
  3. Ensure the quality system is implemented in the department.
  4. Drive the TPM activities in the department.
  5. Find out the way to do the continuous improvement in the production operation.

  • Good attendance.
