Controlling Analyst
The purpose of our Controller role is to drive constant process improvement through the entire value chain with the purpose of influencing changes and always seeking for higher performance level within SWEU Cluster. Our Controlling Analyst is a business partner to customer supply chain teams, supports SC business strategy and drives efficiency. This is an interactive role with all departments within the value chain, from the good supply to customer service and international environment across countries like Spain, France and Italy.

- Background in Finance and Operations, preferably with experience within multidisciplinary teams
- Minimum 3 years experience in a controlling role
- Ability to identify risk areas and opportunities
- Deep analytical and problem solving skills
- Capability to challenge status quo and propose new ways of working
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and strict deadlines
- Strategic thinking skills (vision/concepts)

Main accountabilities:
- Supports Supply business strategy and drives efficiency
- Cost of failure elimination: slash customer penalties/claims and obsolete (SSL, returns)
- Discuss and challenge with Operations to identify a set of improvement initiatives for optimizing logistic flows
- Transparency on Cluster D&S variation & communication to Commercial controllers
- Deliver right insights on Cluster D&S opportunities, support tenders and contribute to the decision making
- Ensure compliance with the Company Guidance and Policies, internal regulations and established risk control protocols across the unit
- Prepare monthly management reviews/reporting on Operations performance, provide insights and participate the Business Review meeting with the management team

Team's structure; two Commercial controllers for Spain and one Commercial controller for France based in Barcelona. Italy Commercial controller based in Italy and Plant controller for Spain based in Zaragoza.
