Finance Analyst
Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager, Supply Chain Finance to join our team. This key role partners closely with the milk procurement, farm, and export teams to drive financial efficiency across the value chain. The incumbent will analyze cost drivers, identify improvement areas, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement impactful solutions. The role also includes leading the monthly supply chain closing and reporting process, maintaining a strong internal control environment, and performing ongoing cost benchmarking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Business Partnering: Support the farm, milk procurement, and export functions in driving savings and efficiency initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Cost Analysis & Process Improvement: Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify value opportunities and implement operational improvements with the supply team.
- Monthly Closing & Reporting: Lead the monthly closing process for supply chain finance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
- Controls & Risk Management: Ensure robust controls are in place and functioning effectively to mitigate financial risks.
- Data Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct deep dives into cost elements, support value initiatives, and perform competitive benchmarking.
Ce que nous demandons
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, ACCA/Part-qualified CA, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 1–2 years in supply chain finance or a similar analytical finance role with a demonstrated track record in driving efficiencies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with proficiency in interpreting financial data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of presenting financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) is a plus.Personal Attributes:
