What we ask

A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

  • 2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably in frozen/ice cream category)
  • Strong understanding of distribution management and market execution
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage field teams
  • Good communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple operational challenges
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Vacancy description

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales operations within the assigned territory. This includes achieving primary and secondary sales targets, ensuring effective distribution, and maximizing market coverage.Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets
  • Manage and develop distributor relationships to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure availability and visibility of products across all key outlets
  • Plan and execute sales strategies, promotions, and trade activities
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights
  • Lead, train, and supervise sales team (Supervisor’s/RSOs/Order Bookers)
  • Ensure proper cold chain management and product quality standards
  • Maintain accurate reporting and data analysis for decision-making

TSM will be part of the regional sales team, will report to Area Sales Manager, and will work closely with distributors, and cross-functional teams including supply chain and marketing.
