Regional (Asia) Medical Marketing Manager

Design BG Asia and MEPA Mainstream IFT Medical strategy based on RACE Medical principle (Right HCP – Ability Team – Credibility – Engagement) and engage with OpCos Medical team primarily on the implementation and adaptation of market needs. The role drives standardization on approach, cross fertilisation on learning, scale up, optimisation on resources and quality of content deliverables to secure the ambition being top recommended brand in HCPs. This includes creating the “next level” approach to HCPs.

What we ask

  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience specifically in the field of Medical Marketing, Medical Operations, Medical Products
  • University degree with preference on Medical, Nutrition, Pharmacy degree
  • Industry preference : IFT, pharmaceuticals, medical related
  • Preferably Malaysia based candidate

Vacancy description

  • Create MIFT Medical strategy based on RACE Medical principle for relevant Asia and MEPA Opcos
  • Adopt and adapt the strategy based OpCos RACE Medical Audit maturity level
  • Ensure OpCos translation and implementation on 3x3 Medical strategy
  • Engage the right stakeholder for key activities (internal FC organization and external/KOLs/experts)
  • Drive standardization on medical engagement approach across BG Asia and MEPA and scale up as much as possible based on OpCos maturity level
  • Institutionalise cross learning within BG Asia and MEPA OpCos
  • Create master content and master engagement plan based on MIFT Benefit Platform for HCP Omni channel engagements (translation and adaptation will be OpCos responsibility)
  • Measure Medical performance (RACE Audits, Top 10 Global Medical KPIs)
  • Define future thinking approach for HCP engagement (start with leading Opcos maturity level, to be adopted by next in line OpCos)
