Legal Counsel M&A
Are you an M&A lawyer looking to move inhouse? At FrieslandCampina we are looking for a hands-on legal counsel M&A. The legal M&A team is part of the larger NL based Legal, Ethics & Compliance team consisting of various specialists. The team works closely with the M&A team and other business partners on a variety of transactions within the worldwide Royal FrieslandCampina group.
What we ask
- You have at least 5 years of experience in private practice, either at a large firm or a boutique firm with the majority of your time spent in M&A;
- You are analytically strong, precise and curious;
- You are a qualified lawyer;
- Having commercial contracting experience is a plus;
- You are customer focused and are able to act with speed and decisiveness to achieve the best results;
- You take responsibility for your work and are continuously looking for new opportunities to make a change.

As legal counsel M&A you are responsible for all legal aspects of M&A transactions worldwide, including managing the transaction, engaging and overseeing outside counsel and advising various business partners and FrieslandCampina's board on the transactions' legal aspects.

The global Legal, Ethics & Compliance Team consists of approximately 70 people and is based in 16 countries.
