Brand Manager

The Brand Manager will take the lead in managing his/her portfolio, planning and executing impactful activation programs and world-class brand communications — all delivered on time, in full (OTIF), with a high standard of executional excellence.

He/she is expected to work closely with various internal stakeholders (e.g., Business Intelligence, CCD, Sales, Medical Marketing, Supply Planning, Finance, R&D, Corporate Communications, Regulatory Affairs, and Regional teams) as well as external partners (e.g., creative, media, digital, and research agencies) to plan and execute marketing projects in a dynamic business environment.

What we ask

  • Possess a degree in Marketing or a related discipline.

  • Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role and industry.

  • Experienced in managing marketing campaigns, including brand communication, activation, and events.

  • Experience in new product development is an added advantage.

Vacancy description

  • Lead and manage short-, medium-, and long-term planning for his/her portfolio.

  • Demonstrate sound business judgment in all aspects of marketing for the assigned brand, including creative development, media planning, brand positioning, pricing, promotions, and more.

  • Evaluate brand performance and recommend or execute appropriate action plans to achieve optimal results in annual planning and future campaigns or activities.

  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and external agency partners.
