Intern - SAP ITSM & CMDB Optimization program
We are looking for a dedicated/proactive personality to join our big family as part of our IT Internship. We are committed in providing on-the-job experience and mentoring to prepare the interns for real working experience. Internship vacancies are available in various functions as follows:
- Building a repository or folder structure to improve documentation.
- Building and managing application portfolio.
- Building onboarding/training materials for new enhancements
- Support IT team in setting up and managing IT Governance Processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Request etc)
- To coordinate/support systems testing with business key users and compile/document test results
- To assist in building systems process & functions guides
- To assist in documenting project deliverables and upload to Sharepoint
- To assist in data loading for report creations
- To perform certain level of administrative work, such as open tasks follow up, arrange meetings, support workshops & organization events as well as note taking using MS OneNote

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, or equivalent
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
- Good team work & Positive mindset.
- Internship Duration : Min 4 - 6 months

AT FrieslandCampina, Global IT, SAP Center of Excellence we are working to increase overall maturity of our ITSM processes. To ensure a well connected and maintained configuration of our SAP landscape we defined an CMDB optimization program to make our documented data more mature, in cooperation with our IT departments. We are looking for an intern to support and drive the CMDB Optimization program in a dynamic environment with multiple supporting partners and stakeholders.
