Description du poste vacant
- He/She actively takes part in the strategic development of the GT channel and ensures capability and resource readiness of the GT organization. He/She is responsible for the assessment, selection and continual development and evaluation of AMC distributor partners.
- He/She is in charge of driving the distributor organizational design that will enable winning execution of AMC's RTM strategies.
- He/She regularly leads cross-functional teams in the areas of supply optimization (P&D/Customer Service, Demand Team), demand generation (CCD/Marketing) strategy alignment and enabling capabilities (HR, DTA/Information and CBD Capability).
- He/She oversees distributor profitability and recommends actions to bridge gaps between actual performance and profitability targets. He/She owns over-all channel profitability of AMC/RFC business in his/her area of responsibility.
- He/She drives the AMC distribution chain from the commercial side and ensures AMC's investment architecture is optimized. He/She champions new technology, and systems transfer with the distributor and keeps himself abreast on relevant development in the distribution industry and ecosystem.
