HR Business Partner
As the HR Business Partner FCI/SN/FCP you will become a truly strategic business partner to the FCI/SN/FCP population within FrieslandCampina China. The HR Business Partner’s prime purpose is to support line managers to be effective and impactful managers and leaders and to drive the people agenda.

1.    At least 12 years of relevant experience specifically in the field HR.
2.    Bachelor’s degree or above.
3.    Proven track record in multinational environments, partnering closely with overseas headquarters.
4.    Experience working with a Shared Services HR team abroad.
5.    Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and steer decision-making to deliver business results.
6.    Robust business insight and HR expertise, supported by strong analytical, problem-solving, and proactive initiative.
7.    Exceptional interpersonal effectiveness; collaborative, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
8.    Demonstrated excellence in end-to-end project management and execution.
9.    High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
10.    Solid command of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

•    Guide and coach line managers to cultivate a culture of high performance and accountability.
•    Translate business priorities into targeted HR initiatives across talent, engagement, inclusion, and change management, ensuring strong alignment with country and functional strategies.
•    Develop and execute the HR strategy and operating plan for the business unit, in collaboration with the BG HRD, within agreed budgets and governance. Partner closely with local business team and leadership to drive workforce planning, capability growth, and organizational development.
•    Report directly to the Business Group HR Director FCI/SN. This position will have no direct reports. Collaborate seamlessly with HR centers of expertise to deliver best-in-class solutions. The HRBP FCI/SN/FCP has a scope with around 500 FTE.
•    Navigate a complex stakeholder landscape, working across multiple leadership teams to balance priorities, influence outcomes, and reinforce a unified people agenda.
