1.Steer, manage and support the 12Q global portfolio pipeline (Innovation, Renovation, OBPPC)
- Support GC&I and FU teams by providing insights to align on 12Q portfolio pipeline by FU
- Track progress and provide insights and suggest improvements on the global big rocks portfolio through portfolio reviews with GC&I MT
- Facilitate the resource allocation of R&D/SC/EM of the 12Q plan
- Strategy in Action reporting to EB (responsible on innovation coverage, joint responsibility with finance on innovation rate)
- Support & coach FU PPM’s with their portfolio’s
- Validating & monitoring data quality & process and pipeline development for 19 FU’s
- Support & coach local MT, IPM & PPM manager around PPM
- Support PPM manager with portfolio reviews and discuss status and improvement areas
- Lead the Global IPM (including support to project managers in preparing for the IPM)
- Provide Training to IPM members, project managers, PPM managers & principals
- Provide specific CD training for project management & IPM
- Provide project management training via the FC academy
- Coach PPM manager with their role on monthly basis
- Drive continuous improvement of PPM on BG & Opco level
- Enable knowledge sharing within PPM community and strive for optimization jointly
- Foster data driven decision making by providing better insights
- Serve the business better by optimizating PPM process, documentation or reporting when needed
- Implement agile ways of working in PPM process
- Part of PPM core team, PPM council, PTB Team & PPM Academy
