Revenue Growth Manager

As our RGM Manager, you will work across European markets to build and embed RGM capabilities, connecting with stakeholders, aligning data, and driving the implementation of scalable, impactful strategies. This role demands a proactive mindset to push initiatives forward, balance analytical rigor with project delivery, and ensure our local teams are equipped to optimize revenue streams and achieve sustainable growth.
Wat we vragen
- University degree with 3-5 years in consultancy, business development, RGM, or project management; experience in the Food/FMCG sector is a plus;
- Strong analytical skills combined with hands-on project management experience, balancing strategic thinking with operational execution;
- Ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels, influence decisions, and manage cross-functional relationships effectively;
- Proficiency in managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables in complex, multi-country projects; and ability to work independently while aligning with broader team objectives;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver clear and impactful messages;
- Full business proficiency in English; knowledge of the Dutch languague is a plus.

Analytics and Strategy:
- Analyze market-specific RGM challenges and opportunities, leveraging data to guide decision-making;
- Provide actionable insights through deep dives into pricing, promotions, assortment, and trade terms data to optimize revenue growth.
Project management:
- Coordinate cross-country initiatives, managing timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project execution;
- Drive the setup of foundational RGM tools and repeatable processes in less RGM-mature markets;
- Engage with local teams to assess RGM readiness and implement solutions that align with their needs;
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices across markets to elevate RGM expertise.
Stakeholder Management and Execution:
- Act as a connector between local teams and leadership, and external stakeholders to align objectives;
- Push initiatives forward by ensuring stakeholder buy-in and removing barriers to progress;
- Manage communication and reporting to keep all parties aligned on goals and progress.
