Vacaturetekst

As the Manager for PS&S Tier 1 & 2, you’ll play a central role in running and developing our HR Shared Services Centre. On a daily basis, you will:

  • Lead and coach a team of 15–30 HR professionals in Tier 1 & 2, ensuring high-quality and efficient HR service delivery. You’ll set priorities, monitor workflows, and guide your team through both daily tasks and long-term improvements.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centres of Expertise, Finance, and external vendors, ensuring that processes like workforce administration, payroll, mobility, and learning & development run smoothly and are continuously improved.

  • Act as the first escalation point for complex HR queries, audits, or service issues, balancing operational efficiency with employee satisfaction.

  • Drive continuous improvement projects, embedding lean and agile ways of working, introducing digital tools and automation, and expanding the scope of services within the SSC.

  • Shape the employee experience for thousands of colleagues across regions by ensuring HR processes are simple, compliant, and user-friendly — from onboarding to rewards to global mobility.
