Vacancy description

A. Major Area of Responsibility: Strategy Alignment


  1. Prepares the annual customer business plan of his Customer/s, making sure that it is aligned with the Company’s drive and customized with the customer and consumer needs.
  2. Leads the Joint Business Planning with Key Customers to leverage both Company and Customer Plans
  3. Conducts regular selling and retail calls
  4. Leads the Company in threshing out issues with the customer and in drawing out solution especially to recurring problems (if any) e.g. Bad order, rejection, Expired Items, delayed payments
  5. Leads in the sell-in & negotiation of major business development programs based on sound shopper & category insights

B. Major Area of Responsibility: Supply Optimization

  1. Leads the Customer in planning out order and inventory patterns to achieve 100% customer service levels in the store and at the same time avoid unnecessary overstock
  2. Responsible in submitting customer forecast and ensuring that it is aligned with customer’s commitment
  3. Regularly checks and helps manage inventory in the trade to reduce if not prevent Bad order stocks and cases of expiring products
  4. Builds productive relationships with the key people in the Customer HQ, stores, Distribution warehouses, logistics and Finance groups

C. Major Area of Responsibility: Demand Creation

  1. Jointly develops and leads the execution of programs/(i.e.g promotions/ merchandising drives ) that will help the Customer and the Company achieve our common objectives
  2. Regularly reviews the business strategy and tactics of his customers especially in the categories we are in to better understand how we can capitalize our plans to achieve competitive advantage
  3. Implements our brand and trade programs (product launch, promotion, pricing, merchandising) flawlessly in the stores
  4. Champions major Category & Customer Business Building programs from conceptualization to implementation

D. Major Area of Responsibility: Capability Building

  1. Personally demonstrates the values and principles that the Company adheres to
  2. Leads his own personal development and growth process
  3. Provides timely and accurate feedback to the Company on areas that will help protect the Company interest
  4. Provides indirect coaching to agency representatives who support Sales and the total Company to build its business with the Customers
  5. Leads the Company in building productive partnership with the customers.
