Regional Sales Manager Encaps & Dairy Proteins (Asia-Pacific)
Your (sales) responsibilities will focus on distributors within Asia-Pacific (ANZ, Myanmar, Malaysia, Thailand) and you need to be closely connected with FC-Professional Encaps plants in Asia (Indonesia and Philippines) and Europe (Netherlands and Germany) and internal stakeholders from multi-disciplines.
Was wir erwarten
- At least 6 years in commercial roles and/or distributor management, relevant experience in food & beverage ingredient business is preferred.
- Bachelor Degree in Food Science is preferred.
- Fluent in English (verbally & written).
- Data driven mindset, analytical, digital savvy and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
- Proven relevant experience with international Industry business and customers and understanding of Encaps Markets, Technology and (application) portfolio is important.
- Willingness to travel from time to time.

- Realize net sales, volume, and profitability of assigned distributor accounts as per targets.
- Execute Asia-Pacific distribution management strategy as set by Sales and Distribution manager Encaps & Dairy Proteins Asia-Pacific to deliver short term success and drive long term growth opportunities.
- Responsible to keep CRM application and Sales Excellence targets up to date: e.g. customer/prospect contact, visit report, opportunity, competition and relevant information.
- Prepare monthly business review with your customer/distributor, including market insight, competition, and segment trend.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including QA, R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, to delivery seamless service and solutions.
- Address any concerns or conflicts raised by customer promptly and striving to reach win-win resolutions.
